Closing Inward
Song Released: 2024
Closing Inward is a song I made and released that’s very inspired by classic Trip-Hop, especially the works by bands like “Massive Attack” or beats by the artist “Tricky” – this one in particular is heavily inspired by the song “Angel” by the aforementioned band: Massive Attack, but of course with my own spin on it. I wanted to make something that had a really deep and dark sound to it with a funky bassline, and this is the result of my efforts. I put a lot of energy and focus into the sound design and mixing on this one, doing a lot of layering and various fx to get it how it sounds.
You can find the song on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Qobuz, Soundcloud, Youtube Music, Deezer and via the music player below:

149 (Take Two)
Song Released: 2023
149 (Take Two) is a remake of my song “149”, which was originally featured on my 2020 album “Dusty Downtempo”. I wanted to take a second swing at this song with a bit more of a trip-hop/acid-jazz fused angle. The song is largely built around the same guitar part that the original was based on, but nearly all of the other elements in the song were remade from scratch and updated to better suit my current preferences, or at least – my preferences in 2023!
You can find the song on YouTube, Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Qobuz, Soundcloud, Youtube Music, Deezer and via the music player below:

Water Levels
EP Released: 2021
Water Levels is an EP I made which was a fun little side-project of making some songs that sounded like water levels in video games, in particular the music of Jolly Roger Bay from Super Mario 64 being a big inspiration. Water Levels have some of my favorite songs in games and I wanted to capture that gentle, ethereal vibe present in that music with these compositions.
You can find this EP on Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Bandcamp, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

Dusty Downtempo (B-Sides)
EP Released: 2020
Dusty Downtempo (B-Sides) is a companion EP to my 2020 album “Dusty Downtempo”, it consists of several tracks that didn’t end up making it as part of the main album’s release. It mostly consists of the same style of songs found on the main album, that being a mixture of lofi hip-hop, downtempo, trip-hop, and electronica.
You can find this EP on Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

Dusty Downtempo
Album Released: 2020
Dusty Downtempo is an album that I released in 2020 which is inspired by chill-hop, lofi, trip-hop, downtempo, and other similar genres. I basically wanted to make my own “beat-tape” and do my take on that style, since I was pretty into listening to music of that sort around the time of making this album. I think if I had to list a few artists that had a big influence on this album, I would cite Emancipator, Boards of Canada, and other artists in that vein.
You can find this Album on YouTube, Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

Stretched Beyond My Means
EP Released: 2019
Stretched Beyond My Means is a short EP I made in 2019 of a couple of piano compositions named “Melodrama” and “Silver Dream” – the latter of which is a recreation of a song I composed as a young teenager, but evolved into a more fleshed out song. In a sense I think this EP captures a feeling of melancholy nostalgia, at least for me personally. The name of the EP is also derived from the term “Timestretching” which was a technique I used to accomplish a really specific feel and tone in the piano parts of these songs, and also a reflection of how I was feeling when I wrote the songs.
You can find this Album on Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, and Youtube Music.

Rudimentary Requirements of a Day to Day Society
Single Released: 2019
This song is one that I made in 2019 that was super inspired by heavier/darker sounding trip-hop like stuff you’d hear from Tricky, Massive Attack, Portishead, etc. – I was going for something that had a nice beat to it but also felt very oppressive and mysterious to listen to.
You can find this Album on Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

White Picket Fence (B-Sides)
Album (Un)Released: 2019
White Picket Fence is a (now unreleased) album I made in 2019. It’s technically a collection of B-Sides from my 2018 album “Black Picket Fence” and most of the songs were created in that year or earlier. I largely consider this to be a bunch of rejected songs from this time period of my life and definitely not a project that can stand on it’s own, and that’s largely why I took it offline. I didn’t really feel proud of it like I did the main “Black Picket Fence” album. But instead of hiding it away entirely, I am leaving it’s remnants here for you to listen to, if you’re interested in it.

Black Picket Fence
Album Released: 2018
Black Picket Fence is an album I released in 2018, which represented a bit of a darker turn in my music and state of mind at that time. This album is very depressive, experimental, and all over the place, it’s one of the first collections of songs that were heavily inspired by music from the Silent Hill franchise, as well as music from atmospheric horror movies like Eraserhead or Sinister. The theming of the album and it’s tracklist largely revolves around the feeling of achieving your goals and dreams but realizing that not everything is quite as great as it was cracked up to be in your head. With a little pinch of religious trauma inspirations sprinkled in there as well for good measure. Also – this album was made right around the same time I was making my music for Lost in Vivo, so in a way it’s a snapshot of where I was creatively at that time when I was working on the music for that game.
You can find this Album on YouTube, Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

Kinetic Odyssey
Album Released: 2017
Kinetic Odyssey is probably one of the most unique projects in my entire discography. The amount of different styles and genres it goes through in it’s runtime is definitely the most all over the place I’ve ever been in a single project. I recall that I was listening to a lot of music from Metroid Prime and songs by Phil Collins and Depeche Mode when I was making this one, and those inspirations had a lot of influence on the album as a whole. It’s also one of the most upbeat/happy albums I think I’ve ever made and that gives it some unique flavor in that regard too, I think.
You can find this Album on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

Dead Hearts Tell No Tales… But Ghosts Do
Album Released: 2016
Dead Hearts Tell No Tales is an album I released in 2016, I consider it one of my favorite albums that I’ve made to this day, it’s a bit of an evolution of the sound I started honing in the album “Catharsis” but brought to the next level. I was heavily inspired by events going on in my own life during the writing of this album, it was a big period of change and growth for me. Everything was full of highs and lows in my life and it influenced my songwriting quite a bit on this one. One of the goals I had when making this album was to only include songs that all had a deeper/personal aspect to them for me, so this album is one of my most personal that I’ve ever made.
You can find this Album on YouTube, Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and Youtube Music.

Catharsis
Album Released: 2015
Catharsis is an album I released in 2015, it is one of my oldest releases that has stayed online throughout the years, though it has gone through several tracklist revisions before the final release you can listen to now. The inspirations behind a lot of the songwriting here were influenced a lot by various emo and rock bands I was into at the time, I was drawn to the sad and emotional expressiveness of bands in that style when I was making these songs, and I think it gives this project a bit of a unique tone of it’s own that I look back on fondly from time to time.
You can find this Album on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, and YouTube music.

Art Under Adversity (Unreleased Album)
Album (Un)Released: 2014/2015
If you’re reading this, you’ve found my oldest album that you can listen to online! While it’s not released anywhere officially these days, this album is sort of an in-between release of me moving from my (now erased from the internet forever) phase of making EDM music under the name “U4IA” on Souncloud and such, to my more current style of making music. You can still sort of hear that EDM influence in this but it’s sounding a bit closer to music I make in the current day, which some influences from things like horror and game music being pretty prevalent in the album. Also, fun fact – the album cover was made by KIRA! This was before they made Spooky’s Jumpscare Mansion and I was just getting to know them. Crazy how time flies!
